Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups egg whites
1 & 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp flax seed
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Blend until it’s smooth.
Fry until they’re brown.
Eat until you’re full.
Have another, no one can see you.
